From Early Faculty to Departmental Stewardship
Dr. Banerjee's association with the University of Calcutta is a three-decade odyssey of institutional devotion. Appointed full Professor in 2011, she stewarded the Department of Business Management through an initial term as Head (2012–2014) and was recalled to lead the department in July 2023. She concurrently directs the prestigious Master in Human Resource Development (MHRD) programme.
Beyond the university, she serves as Chairperson of the Academic Council at Globsyn Business School, contributes to national research advisory bodies for the Government of India, and guides statutory selection and governance boards across premier institutions nationwide.
